Baked Boursin

Ingredients

  • 6 ounce Boursin

  • 3 Tbsp Flour

  • 1 Egg

  • ½ Tsp Dijon Mustard 

  • ¼ Tsp Hot Sauce, preferred Franks

  • 4 Tbsp Panko

  • 2 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated 

  • 1 Tbsp fresh Parsley, chopped  

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 F 

  1. Line a small rimmed sheet pan with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray or use an oven to table plate 

  2. Add the flour to a dish

  3. Mix eggs, dijon and hot sauce together in a dish.  

  4. Mix panko, parmesan cheese and parsley in another dish.

  5. Dip the boursin in the flour, covering all sides, then into the egg mixture, then roll in the panko/parmesan mixture.  

  6. Place the boursin in the center of the pan or plate and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.  If you prepped this ahead and put in the refrigerator, the cooking time will need to be adjusted and cook alittle bit longer.

  7. Serve with a few different fun crackers and/or a drizzle of hot honey.
