HOT ITALIAN DIP
Hot Italian Dip
Ingredients
2 - 8 ounce packages Cream Cheese (not whipped), softened
1 ½ Tbsp Italian Seasoning Mix
½ pound Italian Sausage
½ pound Hot Sausage
¼ Tsp Salt
¼ Tsp Black Pepper
24 ounce jar Marinara Sauce
1 ½ c Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
⅓ c Pepperoni - cut into pieces
¼ c Parmesan Cheese, grated
¼ c Italian Blend Cheese, shredded
9.9 ounce jar Baby Artichoke Hearts (in water) cut in quarters
2 Tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped
Directions
Preheat the Oven to 350F
In a skillet, saute the sausage and set aside.
In a medium sized bowl add the cream cheese and the italian seasonings and mix together well.
Spread the cream cheese mixture into the bottom of a 2 quart baking dish.
Sprinkle the cooked sausage over the top, then add the pepperoni and last the artichoke hearts.
Pour the marinara sauce and spread out evenly.
Sprinkle the parmesan cheese then the italian cheese blend. Top with the mozzarella.
Bake for about 15-20 minutes until the mixture is bubbling and the cheese is golden.
Remove from the oven and let it rest for a good 5-10 minutes.
Garnish with fresh parsley & serve with crostini or crackers.
