Buttermilk Substitute

Ingredients

  • 1 c Whole Milk

  • 1 Tbsp Distilled White Vinegar or Lemon Juice

Directions

  1. Add the milk and vinegar to a bowl and mix.

  2. Let it sit for about 10 minutes, until it thickens slightly and curdles.

Pour any leftover into a clean glass jar with a lid and will last up to two weeks in the refrigerator.
