Irish Espresso Martini

Makes 2

Ingredients

  • 3 ounces Irish Whiskey, preferred brand Tullamore D.E.W.

  • 1 ounce Bailey’s Irish Cream

  • 3 ounces Espresso Coffee, cooled

  • 1 ounce Simple Syrup

  • Espresso beans and/or mint leaf for garnish

Directions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker ⅔ with ice and add the whiskey, irish cream, espresso and simple syrup. 

  2. Shake for 30 seconds then strain into 2 coupe martini glasses.

  3. Garnish with espresso beans and/or mint leaf
