Caesar Salmon

Serves 4
Ingredients

  • 4, 6-8 oz Salmon Filets 

  • ½ c Creamy Caesar Dressing

  • ¼ c Fresh Parsley, chopped

Directions

Heat oven to 400°F

Place the salmon in a one gallon zip top bag.  Add ½ cup of the caesar and the chopped parsley.  You can leave this in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours. 

NOTE: This is a good time to prep your sides.

Place the Salmon on a rimmed sheet pan lined with aluminum foil and sprayed with cooking spray.  Make sure you squeeze out any excess dressing from the bag onto the fish and spread out evenly.  Bake in the oven for 12-16 minutes, timing will vary based on the thickness of salmon.
