A vegetarian option would be to substitute the Prosciutto and salami for another type of your favorite cheese and/or some additional roasted vegetables.  

Charcuterie Board

Ingredients

  • Bread Sticks, 1- 4.4 oz box

  • Prosciutto di Parma, 10 slices

  • Grapes, 1 bunch

  • Crackers, of your choice

  • Blue Cheese Wedge

  • Honey, for drizzling

  • Mixed Nuts

  • Fig Spread

  • Green Olives

  • Roasted Red Peppers, chopped

  • Dried Apricots

  • Sliced Cheeses, of your choice

  • Pecans

  • Spicy Salami

  • Brie

  • Large Cutting or Serving Board

Directions

Assemble all ingredients on a large cutting board, to your liking.  All ingredients can be substituted for others.
