Ouzo Spritzer

Makes 2

Ingredients

• 2 ounces Vodka, preferred brand Grey Goose 

• 2 ounces Ouzo

• 2  ounces Sour Mix, preferred brand Lemate 

• 1 ounces Simple Syrup

• 2 ounces Plain Seltzer Water, depends on size of glass

• Lime Wedge and/or Mint Leaf for garnish

Directions

1. Fill a cocktail shaker ⅔ with ice and add the vodka, ouzo, sour mix and simple syrup. 

2. Fill two short 11 oz whiskey glasses ⅔ full with ice,

3. Shake for 30 seconds then strain into the glasses and fill them halfway.  Top with seltzer water.  Give a stir.

4. Garnish with lime wedge and/or mint leaf
