Scary Halloween Finger Breadsticks

Makes 24

Ingredients

  • 18 oz Bag of pizza dough 

  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • Dill Weed

  • Sun Dried Tomatoes, Julienned

  • Spanish Olives, small with Pimento removed

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400F.

  2. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. Roll the dough out and divide dough in 12 equal portions, rolling out to about 12 inches, then cut them in half.

  4. Add the sticks to the baking sheet about ½  inch apart.

  5. Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with dill weed.

  6. Use a knife to make two tiny slits in the fingers.

  7. Bake until lightly browned for about 15 minutes.

  8. When they come out of the oven, press an olive in the dough at the top of the breadstick so it looks like a finger nail. Do the same with the Sun Dried Tomato.

  9. Cool on wire racks.
