LOU’S FAMOUS HAM SALAD SANDWICHES

Leftover ham from Easter……make Lou’s Famous Ham Salad Sandwiches, you will not be disappointed!  These are my absolute favorite and she has been making them for as long as I can remember. Lou does not have a recipe, she makes it by taste and gave me her best guess.  I think it tastes very similar to hers and this is as close as it can be unless she makes it!

Lou’s Famous Ham Salad Sandwiches

Makes 8-10 Finger Rolls

Ingredients

• 4 c Ham, finely ground (20 ounces of ham grill steak or from Easter dinner)

• ⅔ c Mayo

• ¼ c plus 1 Tbsp Sweet Relish

• ¼ c Vidalia Onion, finely chopped

• 3 Tsp Yellow Mustard

• 8-10 Finger Rolls (depends on how much you stuff them)

Directions

1. In a medium bowl add the ham and mayo and mix.

2. Add in the sweet relish and onion and mix.

3. Add in the yellow mustard.

4. Stuff the finger rolls
