GARLIC BREAD
Garlic Bread
Ingredients
1 baguette, loaf of French bread or Italian bread
5 Tbsp olive oil
5 Tbsp butter, melted
4 Garlic Cloves, minced
1 Tsp dried oregano
1 Tbsp fresh parlsey, chopped
1 Tbsp Fresh Basil, chopped
2 Tbsp grated parmesan
½ Tsp Salt
½ Tsp black pepper
Directions
Preheat the oven to 425°F.
Line a rimmed sheet pan with aluminum foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
Add olive oil, butter, garlic oregano, basil, parsley, parmesan, salt and pepper to a small bowl and mix.
Slice the bread in half, horizontally.
Brush both sides of the bread halves with the butter/olive oil mixture.
Place the bread open faced on the sheet pan and cook for 8 minutes
Broil for 1-2 minutes.
**Always keep an eye on your food when broiling**
Remove from the oven and cut into 1-inch thick slices.
