Garlic Bread 

Ingredients

  • 1 baguette, loaf of French bread or Italian bread

  • 5 Tbsp olive oil

  • 5 Tbsp butter, melted

  • 4 Garlic Cloves, minced 

  • 1 Tsp dried oregano

  • 1 Tbsp fresh parlsey, chopped

  • 1 Tbsp Fresh Basil, chopped

  • 2 Tbsp grated parmesan

  • ½ Tsp Salt

  • ½ Tsp black pepper

Directions

Preheat the oven to 425°F.

  1. Line a rimmed sheet pan with aluminum foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray.  

  2. Add olive oil, butter, garlic oregano, basil, parsley, parmesan, salt and pepper to a small bowl and mix.

  3. Slice the bread in half, horizontally.

  4. Brush both sides of the bread halves with the butter/olive oil mixture.

  5. Place the bread open faced on the sheet pan and cook for 8 minutes

  6. Broil for 1-2 minutes.  

             **Always keep an eye on your food when broiling**

Remove from the oven and cut into 1-inch thick slices.
