GOAT CHEESE WITH HOT PEPPER JELLY

A very quick and simple appetizer that comes together in a matter of minutes and is always a big hit & if your’re not a goat cheese fan, use cream cheese.

Goat Cheese with Hot Pepper Jelly

Ingredients

  • 8 ounce Goat Cheese Log

  • 13 ounce Jar of Hot Pepper Jelly (you will use about ½ of the jar - and if needed you can add more jelly as your guests eat it up)

  • 7-8 ounce bag of Peta Chips

Directions

  1. Add the goat cheese log to the middle of a platter.  

  2. Spread the hot pepper jelly all over the goat cheese log.

  3. Add the peta chips all around the goat cheese.

      Enjoy!
