HORSERADISH MAYO

Horseradish Mayo

Ingredients

• 1 c mayonnaise

• 4 tbsp horseradish  (add more or less to your liking)

• 2 tsp lemon juice

• ½ tsp salt

• ½ tsp black pepper

Directions

Add to a bowl the mayonnaise, horseradish, lemon juice, salt and pepper.  Mix well.  You can make this several days ahead.
