HOMEMADE VANILLA EXTRACT

Homemade Vanilla Extract

Ingredients

• 10-15 Vanilla Beans

• Vodka*, enough to fill the bottle

Directions

1. Place vanilla beans in a large bottle and add enough vodka to fill to the top

2. Store in a dark place, like a cabinet, and shale every couple days for a minimum of 6 months, even longer is better.

*Use a vodka that you like. The entire bottle may not get used by the recipe and any leftover can be used for cocktails!
