LEMON SOY GRILLED FLANK STEAK

Lemon Soy Grilled Flank Steak

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 2-3 lb Flank Steak

  • ½ c Olive Oil

  • ½ c Low Sodium Soy Sauce

  • ½ c Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice

  • 4 tbsp Light Brown Sugar

  • 4 Garlic Cloves, smashed

  • 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped 

Directions

  1. Combine olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice & brown sugar completely. 

  2. In a plastic zip top bag, add the soy lemon mixture, smashed garlic cloves and flank steak. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes, even better if it’s overnight in the refrigerator.

  3. Grill flank steak for 6-8 minutes on each side, let rest for 10 minutes.

  4. Slice thinly against the grain.

  5. Garnish with parsley.
