DARK’ N STORMY

This is one of my husband’s favorite cocktails to enjoy with friends.

Dark’ n Stormy

Ingredients

• 2 oz Dark Rum, preferred brand Gosling’s Black Seal

• About 4 oz of Chilled Ginger Beer

• Juice of half a lime

• Lime wedge for garnish

Directions

1. Fill a mug with ice.

2. Pour in rum then top with the ginger beer and give it a good stir.

3. Squeeze the lime and give it another good stir.

4. Serve with a lime wedge as garnish.
