LAMB BURGERS
Lamb Burgers
Serves 6
Ingredients
2 lbs Ground Lamb
4 Garlic Cloves, minced
3 tbsp fresh Parsley, chopped
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 ½ tsp Oregano
2 tsp coarse Kosher Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper
6 of your favorite type of buns
6 slices of Tomato
6 lettuce Leaves
6 slices of Red Onion
Tzatziki or condiments of your choice
Directions
Add the ground lamb to a mixing bowl.
Add the garlic, olive oil, parsley, oregano, salt and pepper, and mix until everything is well combined.
Divide the meat mixture into 6 balls and form into patties and use your knuckle to make an indentation in the center of the patty (this will help the burger from shrinking).
Add to a hot grill, medium high heat.
Cook for 8 minutes, flip and cook for another 8 minutes. Cooked to an internal temp of 145F.
Build your burgers.
