Lamb Burgers

Serves 6

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Ground Lamb

  • 4 Garlic Cloves, minced    

  • 3 tbsp fresh Parsley, chopped

  • 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 1 ½ tsp Oregano   

  • 2 tsp coarse Kosher Salt    

  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

  • 6 of your favorite type of buns

  • 6 slices of Tomato

  • 6 lettuce Leaves

  • 6 slices of Red Onion

  • Tzatziki or condiments of your choice

Directions

  1. Add the ground lamb to a mixing bowl.

  2. Add the garlic, olive oil, parsley, oregano, salt and pepper, and mix until everything is well combined.

  3. Divide the meat mixture into 6 balls and form into patties and use your knuckle to make an indentation in the center of the patty (this will help the burger from shrinking).

  4. Add to a hot grill, medium high heat.

  5. Cook for 8 minutes, flip and cook for another 8 minutes. Cooked to an internal temp of 145F.

  6. Build your burgers.
