PICO DE GALLO
Pico de Gallo
Ingredients
1 pound tomatoes, diced
¼ cup chopped onion (red or white)
¼ cup cilantro chopped
3 jalapenos seeded and finely chopped
2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
½ teaspoon coarse sea salt
Directions
Mix tomatoes, onion, cilantro, jalapenos, lime juice and sea salt in a bowl.
Let sit for at least an hour at room temperature.
Taste and add more salt if needed.
Makes 2 cups
Note: If you like your salsa with a little kick, leave a few jalapenos with the seeds when you dice them.
