CRESCENT WRAPPED ASPARAGUS & PROSCUITTO
Crescent Wrapped Asparagus & Prosciutto
Ingredients
1 pound fresh Asparagus (more on this thinner side)
4 Slices of Proscuitto, cut in half
8 Tsp Garlic Spread Dip, preferred brand Boursin
8 ounce pack of Crescent Rolls
1 Egg, whisked
1 Tbsp Water
1 Tbsp Everything Bagel Seasoning
Directions
Preheat the Oven to 375F
Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
Open the crescent rolls and separate the 8 pre-cut pieces.
Wrap the prosciutto around 3-4 pieces of asparagus and set aside.
Place the crescent roll on a cutting board or plate and on the wide end of the crescent roll add 1 tsp of garlic spread then top with the prosciutto wrapped asparagus.
Roll it towards the narrow end of the crescent roll and place it seam side up on the baking sheet. Do the same with the remaining 7.
Mix the water and egg then brush each of the crescent rolls and sprinkle with the everything bagel seasoning
Bake for 13-14 minutes or until the crescent rolls are golden.
