Butterball Espresso Martini

By the pitcher

Ingredients

  • 3 c Baileys Irish Cream

  • 2 c Strong Brewed Coffee, cooled

  • 1 c Butterscotch Schnapps

By the glass

Ingredients

  • 3 ounces Baileys Irish Cream

  • 2 ounces Strong Brewed Coffee, cooled

  • 1 ounce Butterscotch Schnapps

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a pitcher & chill overnight.

  2. Chill your martini glasses in the freezer.

  3. Fill a cocktail shaker ⅔ with ice and fill with the butterball mixture. Shake for 15-20 seconds and strain into the chilled martini glass.

  4. Garnish with 3 coffee beans

  5. Enjoy!
