Makes 2 drinks

Ingredients

• 4 oz Vanilla Vodka (preferred brand Stoli)

• 2 oz Peppermint Schnapps

• 4 oz White Chocolate Liqueur (preferred brand Godiva), plus 2 Tbsp for rim

• 1 oz Creme de Cacao

• 2 oz Baileys

• 3 Tbsp Shredded Sweetened Coconut

• Crushed Peppermints for garnish

Directions

1. Place the 2 tbsp white chocolate liqueur and shredded coconut in 2 small shallow plates.

2. Dip the rim of the martini glasses in the white chocolate liqueur first, then in the shredded coconut. Set aside.

3. Place ingredients in a shaker and fill with ice. Shake vigorously.

4. Strain into the two garnished martini glasses and sprinkle with a few crushed peppermints.
