SMOKED SALMON DIP
Smoked Salmon Dip
Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
½ c sour cream
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest
2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped plus one sprig of dill
1 tsp Horseradish
6 oz smoked salmon, cut into small pieces
2 tbsp capers, drained
2 tbsp red onion or scallion, diced
Salt + pepper, to taste
Directions
Combine the cream cheese and sour cream until mixed well.
Add lemon juice, lemon zest, dill, horseradish, capers, onions, salt and pepper.
Fold in the smoked salmon.
Garnish the dip with dill.
Serve with crackers, carrot and celery sticks or bagels.
