SMOKED SALMON PLATTER
Smoked Salmon Platter
Serves 4-6
Ingredients
6 oz Smoked Salmon
8 oz container of whipped cream cheese
4 oz jar of capers, drained
½ Red Onion, finely diced
Directions
Layer the salmon in a pile on a platter. Add the cream cheese to a small bowl. Add the capers and onions each to their own small ramekins. Place the bowl and ramekins on the platter with the salmon. Serve with crackers.
