Use your favorite liqueurs to spike your coffee. Baileys Irish Cream and Godiva Chocolate liqueurs are my two favorites!

Spiked Coffee

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of hot coffee

  • 1 shot Baileys Irish Cream

  • ½ shot Dark Chocolate Godiva Liquor

  • ¼ cup heavy cream, whipped

  • Ground cinnamon or chocolate shavings as garnish

Directions

Fill the empty glass mug with hot water to warm it up.  Pour out the water and add the hot coffee into the glass coffee mug.  

Add the Baileys and the Godiva Chocolate liquor and mix well.  Top with a mound of whipped cream and a few sprinkles of cinnamon and/or chocolate shavings.
