FRUIT KABOBS WITH DIP

You can customize the kabobs with your favorite fruit.  This can be served as a snack, dessert or appetizer!

Fruit Kabobs with Dip

Makes 12 Skewers

Ingredients

  • 12 cubes Watermelon

  • 12 cubes Cantaloupe

  • 12 Whole Strawberries, rinsed, dried 

  • 12 cubes Honeydew Melon 

  • 12 cubes Pineapple 

  • 12 cubes Mango

  • 8 ounce container of whipped topping, defrosted (preferred brand Cool Whip) 

  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese, softened, room temperature

  • 1 package of Raspberry Jello or your favorite flavor

  • 12 Wooden Skewers

Directions

  1. Mix the softened cream cheese with the cool whip in a food processor until combined well. 

  2. Add the jello mixture and mix until all is incorporated. 

  3. Add to a bowl and leave in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

  4. Add one piece of each fruit to the skewer adding the strawberry last.

  5. Arrange the kabobs on a pretty platter around the dip.
