CRANBERRY SAUCE

Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 c Sugar

  • 1 c Water

  • 10 ounce package Fresh Cranberries

Directions

  1. Add the sugar and water to a medium sized saucepan.  Mix and bring to a boil.

  2. Once water is boiling add the cranberries and reduce the heat to a low boil for 10 minutes.

  3. Let cool completely.

 You can leave it chunky or puree to your liking.  I prefer to puree most of it and leave it alittle bit chunky.  This also freezes well - do ahead tip for Thanksgiving!
