Caesar Pork Chops 

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 8 Bone-in Thin Center Cut Pork Chops 

  • ⅓ c Creamy Caesar dressing of your choice

  • ½ Tsp Coarse Kosher Salt

  • ¼ Tsp Black Pepper

  • 1 Tsp Hot Sauce

  • 4 Tbsp chopped Parsley

  • 8 Tsp of Parmesan Cheese 

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.

  2. Add the pork chops to a gallon zip top bag, add the Caesar dressing, 2 tbsp parsley, hot sauce, salt and pepper. 

  3. Mix all ingredients in the bag so the pork is well coated on all sides.  

  4. Let the pork marinate for a few hours or all day/overnight.

  5. Place pork chops on an aluminum foil lined rimmed baking sheet and sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.

  6. Add one teaspoon of parmesan cheese to the top of each pork chop

  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.

  8. Garnish with 2 tablespoons of parsley.

  9. Serving 2 pork chops per person
