Pina Colada Mimosa

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce Coconut Rum

  • 1 ½ ounces Pineapple Juice  

  • Bottle of Prosecco Sparkling Wine*

  • Marachino Cherries and Pineapple Wedge for Garnish

Directions

  1. Pour the coconut rum and pineapple juice into the flute then tilt the glass and top with the prosecco.

  2. Garnish with marachino cherries and pineapple wedge.

*one large bottle (750ml) of prosecco will make about 6 servings
