A quick and easy weeknight dinner all made with store bought items. It cannot get any easier than this.  Enjoy!

Ravioli Bake

Makes 9x13 baking dish

Ingredients 

  • 2 -  24 oz Jars of your favorite Pasta Sauce

  • 2 - 20 ounce bags of fresh Raviolis (I prefer to use two different kinds, spinach & cheese)

  • 4 cups Shredded Italian Blend Cheese

  • Grated Parmesan Cheese to sprinkle on top

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

  1. In the baking dish, put a thin layer of pasta sauce (this prevents the raviolis from sticking when it’s time to eat!)

  2. Layer the first bag of raviolis overlapping them to fill the entire dish.

  3. Add enough sauce to cover raviolis, top with ½ of the cheese.

  4. Repeat with raviolis, sauce & cheese.

  5. Sprinkle Parmesan Cheese on top.

  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the sauce is bubbly & cheese is melted & starting to brown.

Tip: You could also make this in the morning or even the day before then leave in the refrigerator to cook later.  I would suggest leaving it on the counter for 20 minutes before placing it into the oven.
