A simple and quick cocktail for your Valentine’s Day festivities or really for any special occasion.

Raspberry Mimosa

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp Chambord Liqueur 

  • Prosecco Sparkling Wine

  • Frozen Raspberries

Directions

  1. In a champagne flute, add the chambord.

  2. Hold a spoon inside the glass over the top of the chambord and slowly pour in the prosecco, pulling up the spoon as you create a two-tone effect.  Let it sit for a minute and the prosecco and chambord will separate.

  3. Add 3 frozen raspberries to float on the top.

Note, a bottle of 750ml Prosecco will make about 6-8 drinks or you could pick up the individual ones, 187ml.
