Carrot Cake Martini

Makes 1

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Vanilla Vodka

  • 2 oz Bailey’s Irish Cream

  • 1 oz Butterscoth Schnapps  

  • ½ oz Amaretto

  • ½ oz Heavy Cream

  • Pinch of Cinnamon

  • Cinnamon Sugar Rim (2 Tbsp Sugar, ½ Tsp Cinnamon)

  • Lindt Chocolate Carrot for Garnish

Directions

1. Dip the rim of the martini glass in some bailey’s and then dip in the cinnamon sugar rim. Set aside.

2. Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice and add the vanilla vodka, bailey’s, butterscotch schnapps, amaretto, pinch of cinnamon and cream. Shake well until chilled and combined (at least 20 seconds).

3. Strain mixture into the martini glass and garnish with a chocolate carrot.
