A quick & easy way to feed a crowd or easy weeknight dinner. You can customize the sandwiches to whatever your guests preferred meats/cheese and garnishes are. I would make these when my kids were younger and they had friends over for a pool day. They were always a hit!
Subs for a Crowd
Ingredients
Loaf of Italian or French Bread
1-2 Tomatoes, sliced
2 c Shredded Lettuce
½ c Mayonnaise
Vidalia or Red Onion, sliced thinly
6 Slices Turkey Deli Meat
6 Slices Roast Beef Deli Meat
6 Slices Salami Deli Meat
4-6 slices American Cheese
4-6 slices Provoline

Sliced Banana Pepper Rings
Sliced Dill or Sweet Pickles

Directions
Slice the french bread lengthwise and hollow out the bottom piece of the loaf.
Spread the mayonnaise on both sides.
On the bottom piece of the loaf, place your preferred meats and top with the cheese. Layer tomatoes, onions and lettuce and any other favortie garnishes.
Cut into 6-8 slices crosswise and secure with a large pick.
Serve with your favorite chips and sides.
