CHICKEN LETTUCE WRAPS
Chicken Lettuce Wraps
Serves 4
Ingredients
1 lb Ground Chicken
2 Cloves Garlic, minced
1 tsp Coarse Kosher Salt
½ tsp Black Pepper
2 Scallions, diced
½ Onion, finely chopped (about 1 cup)
5 oz of Green Beans, cut into ½ inch pieces
¼ c Hoisin Sauce
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Siracha
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
Iceberg Lettuce or Butter Lettuce Leaves
Rice (preferred Jasmine)
Directions
Add olive oil to a skillet and sauté onion & garlic until translucent for about 8 minutes.
Add chicken, salt & pepper and cook until browned.
Add hoisin sauce, soy sauce, siracha, rice wine vinegar and simmer for 5-10 minutes.
Add green beans, cook until warm.
Turn off heat, add scallions.
Serve with lettuce leaves & rice & siracha.
