DARK CHOCOLATE CLUSTERS

These are a staple in my freezer.  Great low carb snack when I need something chocolatey.

Dark Chocolate Clusters

Ingredients

  • 2 Ghirardelli, 60-70% Cocoa dark chocolate bars

  • ½ c ground pecans or your preferred nut

  • 1 c whole pecans or your preferred nut

Directions

  1. Break the bars up into a microwaveable bowl.  Microwave for 1 minute, stir, then in 30 second increments, stirring in between until chocolate is melted.  Add the nuts and mix.  

  2. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and drop 16 tablespoons of the chocolate/nut mixture.  Then place in the freezer for 30 minutes, or until hardened.

  3. Remove clusters from the freezer and place in individual zip top bags for storage.  Store them in the freezer until you’re ready to eat!
