Pomegranate Paloma

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Tequila        

  • 1 oz Pomegranate Juice    

  • ½ oz Lime Juice

  • ½ oz Simple Syrup         

  • 2 oz Grapefruit Sparkling water       

  • Garnish with a Sprig of Rosemary  

  • Lime wedge for rim

Directions

  1.  Fill a shaker halfway with ice and add the tequila, pomegranate juice, lime juice and simple syrup.  Shake well

  2. Rub the rim of an 8 ounce glass with a lime wedge and dip the rim in sea salt. Fill the glass halfway with ice and strain the mixture from the cocktail shaker into the glass.

  3. Top with grapefruit sparkling water .

  4. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
