BLT Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Bacon, cooked and cut into bite size pieces

  • 1 ½ Heads of Iceberg Lettuce

  • 2 pint of Grape Tomatoes

  • ⅓ c Scallions, chopped

  • ½ c Mayonnaise

  • ¼ c Sour Cream

  • ⅓ c Ranch Dressing, preferred Hidden Valley

  • 1 Tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice

  • 1 Garlic Cloves, minced

  • ¼ Tsp Sea Salt

  • ¼ Tsp Black Pepper

  • ¼ Tsp Onion Powder

  • 1-2 Tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped

Directions

  1. Chop the iceberg lettuce into bite size pieces and add to a large bowl.

  2. Whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, ranch dressing, lemon juice, onion powder, garlic, salt and black pepper. Set aside

  3. To the large bowl add grape tomatoes and scallions.

  4. Microwave the bacon for about 40 seconds add half to the bowl

  5. Gently fold in the dressing into the salad. 

  6. Garnish with the fresh parsley and rest of the bacon.

If you're prepping this salad ahead, hold off on the dressing and bacon until you're ready to serve.
