DIRTY VODKA MARTINI

I had a dirty Vodka Martini with Feta Stuffed Olives at a Greek Restaurant in coastal Ogunquit, Maine, Nikanos.  The Feta stuffed olives will change your life!  Try it!

Dirty Vodka Martini

Ingredients

• 1  ½ c Vodka (use good vodka like Grey Goose)

• 2 tsp of Olive Juice (preferred brand Mezzetta, the olives are marinated in vermouth - so no need to add vermouth to the martini)

• Garnish with Stuffed Olives

Directions

1. Pour the vodka and olive juice into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.

2. Cover and shake vigorously.

3. Strain into a martini glass.

4. Garnish with several stuffed olives (I prefer feta stuffed)

Makes two drinks
