White Chocolate Popcorn
Ingredients
11 ounce bag of White Chocolate
1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
4.4 ounce bag of Popcorn, already popped (don’t use buttered or microwave)
1 c Salted Cashews
1 c M&M Candies (use festive colors for the holidays)
Colored Plastic Spider Rings
Directions
Add the popcorn, cashews and M&M candies to a large bowl. Add the white chocolate chips and vegetable oil to a medium sized bowl. Microwave for a minute, then stir. Keep microwaving every 30 seconds and stir until the chocolate is melted.
Once melted, drizzle the melted chocolate over the popcorn and cashews. Then mix occasionally for about 15 minutes.
Spread the popcorn mixture on a large rimmed sheet pan lined with parchment paper to fully harden (may take a good hour).
Add to a bowl and top with plastic spider rings.
The popcorn mixture can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for about a week.
