FLANK STEAK CARNE ASADA
Flank Steak Carne Asada
Ingredients
2 Limes, juiced
1 tsp Lime Zest
4 garlic cloves, crushed
½ c Fresh Orange Juice
1 c Cilantro, chopped
½ tsp Salt
½ tsp Pepper
½ tsp Dried Oregano
½ tsp Onion Powder
½ c Olive Oil
1 Jalapeno, diced
2 tbsp White Vinegar
2 lbs Flank Steak
Directions
Add all the ingredients except the flank steak into a gallon ziptop bag and mix until all ingredients are incorporated.
Add the flank steak to the bag.
Marinate for at least 3-4 hours, overnight would be better.
Grill on medium high heat for 8 minutes each side and rest 10 minutes.
Slice against the grain and garnish with fresh cilantro.
