GRILLED KIELBASA WITH DIPPING SAUCE

Grilled Kielbasa with Dipping Sauce

Ingredients

  • 12 oz package of Kielbasa (preferred brand Leidy’s)

  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce

  • ½ c Coarse Ground Mustard or Country Style dijon

Directions

  1. Grill the Kielbasa on medium high heat for 10 minutes and keep turning it to brown evenly.  

  2. Mix the soy sauce and mustard in a small bowl.  Mix well.  Keep in the refrigerator until ready to use.

  3. Once the kielbasa is cooked, cut into slices and place on a platter, top each piece with a toothpick.

  4. Serve with the soy/mustard sauce.
