HOT ARTICHOKE DIP

This was my mother-in-law’s recipe, the only thing I changed was the use of my Pampered Chef Dill Mix - it was a perfect substitution for the garlic salt and fresh dill!

Hot Artichoke Dip

  • 9 ounce Jar Baby Artichoke Hearts (in water, not marinated) 

  • 8 oz of Cream Cheese, softened

  • 1 c Parmesan Cheese

  • 1 ½ tsp Pampered Chef Dill Mix*

  • ½ c Mayonnaise

  • ½ c Sour Cream

  1. Drain and chop the artichoke hearts and mix in all the ingredients well and put into a small baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.  

  2. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.  

  3. Serve with Pita chips

Low Carb Option: Serve with low carb crackers, carrots or celery sticks.

*If you do not have Pampered Chef Dill Mix use 1/2 tsp garlic salt and 2 tsp of dried dill.
