PISTACHIO MARTINI

Pistachio Martini

Makes 2 

Ingredients

• 3 ounces Vanilla Vodka, preferred brand Stoli

• 3 ounces Amaretto, preferred brand Disaronno

• 3 ounces White Chocolate Liquer, preferred brand Godiva

• 3 ounces Pistachio Liqueur

• 1-2 Scoops of Pistachio Ice Cream, softened

• Chocolate Syrup (thick)

• Crushed Pistachios as garnish

Directions

1. Place the chocolate syrup and chopped pistachios on 2 small shallow plates.

2. Dip the rim of the martini glasses in the chocolate syrup and then into the crushed pistachios, set aside.

3. Fill a cocktail shaker half full with ice and add the vodka, amaretto, pistachio liqueur, white chocolate liqueur and pistachio ice cream.

4. Shake the cocktail shaker vigorously and pour into two martini glasses.
