EDAMAME

It is a great addition to your freezer, having on hand for a quick & easy appetizer for any last minute guests.

Edamame

Serves 3-4

Ingredients

  • 10 ounce bags of Edamame (frozen)

  • 1 Tbsp Sea Salt plus some to sprinkle over edamame once cooked.

Directions

  1. Fill a large saucepan ⅔ full with water and 1 tbsp salt and bring to a boil.

  2. Once boiling add the edamame to the pot and cook for 4 minutes, then turn off heat and let them sit for a minute.

  3. Drain edamame then transfer to a serving platter, sprinkle with sea salt and serve immediately.

  4. You can also microwave them and follow the instructions on the bag.

  5. Have a small bowl on the side so your guests have somewhere to discard the pods.
