MAC SALAD
Mac Salad
Ingredients
16 oz box of your favorite pasta
1 Onion
1 Red Pepper, diced
4 stalks of Celery, diced
1 Cucumber, diced
¾ c Mayonnaise
¼ c Parmesan Cheese
2 ½ tsp Celery Salt
3 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Add water to a large pot and bring to a boil.
Add the pasta and cook according to box directions.
While the pasta is cooking, dice the onion, pepper, cucumber, and celery.
Add the cooked pasta and vegetables to a large serving bowl and mix.
Add the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, celery salt and parmesan to a small bowl and mix thoroughly.
Add the mayo mixture to the pasta and vegetables and mix until everything is coated in the dressing.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours or up to 24 hours.
