Frozen Pina Colada

Ingredients

  • ½ c light rum

  • ¼ c dark rum

  • ¼ c pineapple juice

  • ½ c cream of coconut (preferred brand Coco Lopez)

  • Juice of half a lime

  • 4 cups ice

Directions

  1. Place everything in a blender and mix until all the ice is crushed and mixture is smooth and partially frozen.

  2. Pour into glasses and garnish with a marachino cherry and pineapple wedge.
