ROASTED SHRIMP
This is a simple and quick way to cook shrimp that can go with anything. Serve over a favorite salad, pasta dish, or as a shrimp cocktail appetizer!
Roasted Shrimp
Ingredients
1 ½ lbs Shrimp (extra large), fresh or defrosted, peeled and tails removed
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp Lawry’s Seasoned Salt
½ tsp Black Pepper
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Put the shrimp in a bowl, add the olive oil, season all and pepper.
Mix well so all of the shrimp is coated.
Line a rimmed sheet pan with aluminum foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
Add the shrimp to the sheet pan and bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes or until the shrimp is pink/opaque and firm.
