Pomegranate Mimosa

Serves 6-8

Ingredients

  • Bottle of Champagne or Prosecco

  • Bottle Pomegranate Juice

  • Red colored sugar 

  • Lime cut into wedges

  • Rosemary Sprig and/or Pomegranate Seeds as garnish

Directions

  1. Take the lime and run it along the rim of the champagne glass then dip the rim in the sugar.

  2. Fill ⅓ of the champagne glass with pomegranate juice, then tilt the glass and fill with champagne or prosecco.

  3. Garnish with a rosemary sprig and/or pomegranate seeds.
