Crostini

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf Ciabatta or Sourdough bread sliced (have the bakery at your local grocery store slice it for you)

  • ½ c Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 3 whole cloves of garlic peeled

  • Zest of one lemon

Directions

Preheat the oven 350°F.

  1. Arrange ciabatta slices on a sheet pan and spread both sides with the olive oil. 

  2. Cook bread for about 20 minutes until golden.

  3. When the bread comes out of the oven immediately rub the garlic cloves all over each of the bread slices.  

  4. Zest the lemon over all the slices.  

  5. Leave on the sheet pan to cool completely.
