Lobster BLT

Serves 2

Ingredients

  • 4 Slices of Bread, toasted

  • 3-4 Tbsp Mayo or Garlic Aioli (more or less depending on your preference)

  • 1 Tomato, sliced 

  • 3-4 Pieces of Lettuce

  • 6-8 slices of Bacon, cooked

  • 2 - 1b Lobsters, cooked, shucked (preferred is Maine Lobster)*

Directions

  1. Spread the mayonnaise or garlic aioli on both slices of toasted bread.

  2. Top one side of the bread with the bacon, tomato and lobster, top with lettuce.

  3. Cover with the remaining toasted bread, slice in half.

  4. Serve with your favorite potato chips.


*I would recommend having your local supermarket cook the lobsters for you or if you don’t want to shuck the lobster you could buy 8 ounces of fresh lobster meat (but the latter would be a more expensive option)
