Mai Tai

Makes 2 drinks

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce White rum, preferred brand Cruzan

  • 1 ounce Gold rum, preferred brand Cruzan

  • ½ ounce Amaretto

  • ½ ounce Triple Sec

  • 3 ounces Pineapple Juice

  • 3 ounces Orange Juice

  • ½ - 1 ounce Dark Rum as floater, preferred brand Myers  

Directions

  1. In a shaker add white and gold rum, amaretto, triple sec, orange juice and pineapple juice and mix.

  2. Fill two whiskey glasses halfway with ice and pour in the rum mix.  Add the dark rum on top as a floater. 

  3. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and cherry.
