S’Mores Martini

Makes 1

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Vanilla Vodka

  • 1 ounce Chocolate Liqueur

  • ½ ounce Baileys Irish Cream

  • Melted Chocolate and Graham Crackers crushed for glass rim

  • Mini Marshmallows for garnish

Directions

  1. Dip the rim of a coupe martini glass in the melted chocolate, then into the graham cracker crumbs.

  2. Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice, add the vanilla vodka, chocolate liqueur and baileys and shake for 20-30 seconds until chilled.  Strain into the coated glass.

  3. Thread 3 mini marshmallows (toasted* or not) on a toothpick across the top of the glass.  

Note: thread the marshmallows on the toothpick before you toast them!
